    Hello
The price for all this high tech smoker is worth every penny! A great value and the quality is there for a long lasting machine!
After the quick setup and running thru the start cycle we set the smart phone app for 450 and sizzled 2 Delmonico Steaks with cattle drive sauce and 6 Italian sausages at the same time. For home use of this nice portable a small wooden table did the trick. The good size GMG mat really protects the newly painted deck from any grease spills. :)

Nice! Is cattle drive sauce a brand/flavor, or something home made?

Sounds good, I will like to do some pork chops too.
I just did a 10 hour pork butt the other day. With the meat probe set to 165 Deg F, it came out perfect!

Very Nice - Did you use the meat probe?
    Fast cook or slow smoke?

I didnt probe it during cooking since it was an 8 min cook time. I put a set of grillgrates in the smoker sideways (not ideal lol) and cooked it at 475* for 2 mins, turned then 2 more mins then flipped and repeated the steps. Pulled it around 123* and threw some butter on them while they rested.
