Time is off by 6 hours on all the posts

I have checked my profile and I'm set for Eastern Time Zone in the US and I have logged out and back in.

all the times at the bottom of posts are all 6 hours prior to when they are actually happening even though over at the right it will say 3 minutes ago.

Let me know if I have a setting wrong somewhere that may be causing this. It has been going on for at least a week but it used to be OK. I'm not really sure when it changed.

I'm thinking I could offset it by changing the time zone, but I'd rather fix it correctly if possible.

I'm not always MR. Computer, so there may be something really simple I'm overlooking.

I noticed this too. I played around with my settings and fixed it.

 

Click Your Name in top bar-


Then go to “preferences”


ETA extra directions.

Sites totally down on my computer now...works fine on my phone though. Other sites are working fine on the computer...hmm..

 

Server side error. "Someone rebooted the mainframe"... Lolz!

select a timezone 6 hours east of the zone you are located in.

This global climate change sure is messing up a lot of stuff... LOL

 

So does the first post you put up MA say Friday 10.50 am?

 

I'm thinking it should say 4:50 pm after the correction. it said 10:50 am if you haven't offset your preferences yet.

for us east coast folks, if you switch your time zone to central Europe it should correct the times..



Being the anal dude that I am, it drives me nuts to have to break something to fix it...
