    Hopefully you got a good one. I found that the sump pump that I had that failed was all plastic. I have a quality one in there now. Cast iron body and SS impeller... The former owner was cheap on some things you really shouldn't cheap out on.

    Plywood/ epoxy with glass viewing panels for the win. That's the best kind of tank too. I made mine like 12 years ago. It's been awesome.

    Yup, my co-worker was loosing his "el-cheapo" every year or two...finally had enough and went to Menards and bought one with a lifetime warranty...been in there 3-4 years now, lesson learned.

    They are pretty good. I built my first about twenty years ago as a bait tank. I noticed the water temp stays more consistent.

    That's how the commercial aquariums like the shedd and others do it.

    There's a guy in our local aquarium club that has a tank he built into the side of his house. It's glass front and plywood/ wood epoxy. The tank is like 8 feet tall, by probably 15' long and at least 8 feet deep too.

    Yep , the one I got is stainless steel , the old one would have lasted longer if the check valve hadn't fallen apart in plugged the pipe up and burned it out

    Yeah, I don't think the cop should have shot that guy, they could have dealt with it another way.
    If that guy would not have resisted arrest he would've been outta jail the next day and home.

    They threw a cocktail in the Wendy's take out window and blocked the fire Department from getting to it so the whole thing burned down.

    Makes no sense
    Let's burn down the building and put everybody out of work that works there, they had nothing to do with what happened in the parking lot :picard:
