Ok need your guys help. We cooked beef ribs once. Didn't like them as they were tough. We do have a 10 yr old smoker nothing fancy. No seal to it. How would you recommend cooking this? Thanks.
most likely didnt cook long enough.....takes a long time to break down tuff meat. so i would recommend to post pic of ribs or description...like "back ribs,short ribs,plate ribs,chuck ribs" theyll have a different cook time and may be run thru a band saw....to many variables until you choose watcha cookin.
Well beef ribs we have never had before. We got half a cow and they were in there. How long and what temps do you recommend.
