What's up today (bullchiting) thread.

Got all the wiring deviced, vent damper and diffuser installed, and hall closet door done before work this AM.

I think I'm going to take the evening off, sit on the porch with the wife, and take it easy for a minute.

 

Had to go to Greenville this afternoon, lots of stuff going on between Dover and Monson. Some good some not so good. I think it’s great he is going to this little known town. Population is about 300.

 

That's better than wet carpeting in our basement. I've been ripping that out for days. Dehumidifier is going 100% and the air conditioning running a lot with the heat had helped to dry it out.

 

So, bears don't always poo in the woods, huh?!

 

That's further south than the last bear seen around here. They had one treed in Port Washington a couple years ago.

 

Plenty of black bears in Maine, but so far I haven't seen one in my backyard. Seen most everything else, like bob cats, coyotes, fisher cats etc. my son's dog got into it with a porcupine last week. There at times I wish they were not in my yard, but I'll take them over the messes I see on TV in other's neigborhoods.

 

I seen them here.. they are just hungry, my wife’s shepherd DOES NOT approve and the go out back rather quick!!

 

Years ago when I hauled milk I saw a black bear one morning wander across the highway into the Lands End Corporate office parking lot in Dodgeville WI. Didn’t think anyone would believe me but he made the nightly news,,,

 

Dad camp I was headed to Neibhor’s I thought I saw a black lab Shadow coming to see me. At mail box 4’ high Shadow was taller than mailbox

I lengthen my stride Neibhor was a bear hunter.. I walked in and asked him if he had filled his tag yet..

nope... well a 375 .pounder walking down your driveway..

Are you gonna load a gun.. he was 15 feet from that bear and forgot bullets!!

 

They’re bringing it less than two miles from me noon Friday. They shut the interstate down just over the CT line the other day.

 

What’s with all the bears lately. Told you guys we had one With a cub behind the house couple of weeks ago. She’s now been seen about 8 miles from here. All residential sightings.

2 miles from me is cows!! They protest all the time but the same chant... Always mooo

 

Some of us have been known to use a bathroom with a toilet. Ayah.

 

Nothing worse than a roofer on methane...he has a captive audience too!
