We still have not planted beans. A combination of weather and ability here. The day we planned on planting was the same day we planted corn but by the time we finished the corn, our bodies could take no more. Then came the rains and it is really, really wet. We have 2 garden spots and one we can not even walk in and this is on sand! Needless to say, it turns into quicksand. The other garden never has standing water and doesn't get muddy but still too wet to do much. We're hoping maybe in the next couple days to get some more seed in the ground.

In our good news free newspaper this story appeared. I thought it was a good picture of Mom. Most of you will appreciate the backdrop of this picture. This little paper carries mainly good news and articles of our area. Sponsored strictly by ads. https://www.northislandeagle.com/news

I wish someone would explain to me how and why when something happens in one city then why all the so-called protests all around the country? Does a protest 2000 miles away mean anything?

And another thing. How does burning buildings and looting and more killing protest anything? That is pure bull filled with baloney.

And worst of all is how so many fools look up to movie starts and directors and film makers. Then one of the buttholes come out with this kind of crap:
Michael Moore hails 'good citizens burning down the evil police precinct' in Minneapolis “Good citizens burning down the evil police precinct in MN after all police were out & safe,” Mr. Moore tweet in response to the blaze. “All police should go home. No violence please. Police HQ must be demolished by the city tomorrow as a show of contrition to black America.”

No, butthole does not even begin to describe that idiot. And then thousands of other idiots follow him.

After a couple of years, they do become less viable.

    That sounds unfortunately about right.

I had seeds with a " use by date 2015". None of those germinated.

Forgot wife worked nightshift. giving her a few more hours to sleep.
The answer is obvious, and quite banned here Dennis. Their seeds are viable. they planted them, and the lazy states are getting exactly what they planted. No one is that stupid, just evil. I'm glad I am not in the service still. Kent state time. Hippies!  Everybody turn off the news and be happy. Oh, and lock and load for safety

Chaz just told me something I found interesting. Sitting here with the count down to space x ? On the tv. His company makes customize bearing. Guess their bearings are in the rocket engine.

Jut got back from my grandsons place. He gave me some wood and we gave his new MS170 a little work out. For a little saw I was impressed. A lot of sawing and noodling went on. Probably 1 1/2 or better cords. I will have to pick it up.
Started out going to take the truck. Hooked the battery back up and about dead. Charged the battery and truck wouldn't start. Pulled the Buick around to load the sawing stuff. I thought it felt kind of funny. Flat right front tire. Ok I will just fill it up. Tire was off the rim. Loaded the sawing stuff in my wife's Kia.
Out to find out where the jack for the Buick is and shove a little gas in the truck. Let's hope it was just out of gas. The last time it ran was to go to walt's GTG last October.
I guess when it rains it pours.

Launch was great. They had put a question out. Is this the first time you have seen a manned launch of a space rocket. If not what was the first one you seen. I know I won't be the only one with this answer. All of them.
