    Yes, mold/mildew resistant. Also, there will be tile in the shower and part way up the wall in the rest of the room.

    Downstairs drywall is almost completely hung. Outside doorway done.

    Sawzall + sledge hammer = no more hot tub! Next up, pressure washer. We've been meaning to get rid of this for a couple years now, but never managed to get around to it. With all the new building and decking, it was finally time.

    Siding is not 100% complete. Deck is done except for railings. Those will go on last, so they still have easy access to second floor. Drywall taped today. Inside work will really kick up once the drywall joints are done.

    Hotubs are nice, but can leak and upkeep costs $.

    We had a 6x6 hottub in a 10x10 room. About 5yrs later, out it came, the laundry moved upstairs from basement, and a second toilet was installed. Much more value to us now.

    The addition is looking nice.

    Sanding scheduled for tomorrow... Then paint, flooring, lighting and plumbing fixtures, then move in.

    Bathrooms going in. Anyone familiar with the Schlueter KERDI system? @showerguy Seems like a neat product.
