    Blending pellets offers great taste. I blend apple and cherry for bacon and it’s a crowd favorite. Hickory and apple is also a good mix if some people don’t like the full hickory flavor.

    I did my 1st 10 LB 10 Hour pork Butt @ 225 Deg on the GMG until the inside temp was 165 Deg and it came out perfect!! The iPhone beeped when ready!

    Yeah Jeff, pork butt is cheap for your first long smoke, and I believe impossible to screw up, in fact anything out of the smoker is really hard to ruin, just some (smokes) are better than others :rofl: :lol:
