Good morning. We ended up with over 2" of rain in about an 18 hour period, which will really get things growing here with the warming weather expected by the end of the week.

    Good morning, people.

A few very light showers in the area this morning.

The MA stay-at-home home order, expires today. That's a good thing, I think. The governor is supposed release phased guidelines, sometime today. I hope he does that and not simply extend the stay-at-home. I hear that Boston is not ready to open. We'll see.

I expect to spend some time in my woodyard today, tidyino things up a bit.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. I'm off today, so let's get this day started. We have a yard to cut and a dead pine to take down, clean up at the same place and about an hour worth of mowing with the tractor to do. Chance of rain about 1:00, maybe we can get it all done.
Be encouraging, remember those needing your prayers.

Cloudy but not wet this morning. The forecast is for a dry week, all the rain stays south and west of us. Good weather for some stack rearranging!
Also hedge trimming, Which is like teeth cleaning, I get it done and it sneaks up on me again in no time.
I'll be watching Craigslist too, that microburst over the border in MA may generate some offers.
    Have a decent Monday!

One of our retired pastors uses that phrase "Vertical and ventilating". He once answered the phone from a telemarketer and when she asked how he was, he said that. Oh sorry sir, she said. I will phone back at another time. I didn't get what she said until this Covid 19 hit and we are all talking about ventilators.

    Good morning, my brethren!
Got back yesterday from our first camping trip. Everything work good. Need to look at the brakes on the camper and it looks like the front tire is half flat on the truck. Was all good when we pulled out.
Hope you all have a great Day.
    God bless

I dumped about 1.11 inches of rain from my rain gauge and it is still a bit misty out. Guys north of me and to the south east got a lot more rain than we did. After the rain there are beautiful green colors. The one apple tree in the yard is in full bloom.

We got our jobs done today. My hunny ran the lawn mower, I ran the saw and tractor, we both ran the trimmers. Just sprinkled on us a few times. Then we got the 1hr tractor mowing done. Rained hard for a little bit when we finished that job.

Short, fatty pine, limb load going the wrong way. Just used the tractor for a little pressure, mostly used the wedge. 0518201016.jpg 0518201016.jpg 0518200959.jpg

Good morning everyone. We are getting warmer (57f right now). The garden is almost all planted now and producing asparagus, green onions, green garlic, spinach, lettuces, cilantro and radishes. I just have to move my squash and cucumbers from their pots to their respective mounds and beds.

    Nice work with that pine.

I'm surprised you got it all in one load, including the branches. Good for a campfire.

    Good morning, everyone

Nice bright start to the day here.

I'm back at restocking my fallen racks. Coming down the home stretch.

They have been slow to come out, but the tree leaves here, are finally coming out. Everything is greening up quite nicely.

Sounds great, nothing like fresh veggies from the garden.
