    We have Norway,Red and Sugar Maple but I haven't seen any Silver in years.

    We have those four as well. All common. I seldom take silver. Cant say ive seen amur or black maple

    We were going to meet but my nephew who was playing hockey in Kingston had some major fluid build up around his heart, once they took care of that he went back to Syracuse and the doc wouldn't let him play the rest of the season.

    The doctor in Kingston told him he was lucky his cousin who was also playing in Kingston got him to the hospital when he did or he could've died.

    The last time I saw Silver was after a storm took it down on the side of a steep hill so I left it.

    Honestly cant say ive ever seen a silver growing in the woods. Usually a yard tree or edge of urban properties. Fast growing and likes wet soil. I took pics of this tree last July and posted here. I couldnt ID it and me thinks a maple variety. IMG_0655.JPG IMG_0654.JPG
