    Our ground hasn't been frozen for many weeks. Actually, it wasn't frozen very often in the winter either.

    Incredible job Mike! It is :drool: I did not realize it was hooked to your existing home, very loving :)
    I think the the green drywall is moisture, or mold/mildew resistant. A couple decades ago our new bathroom drywall was green/blue'ish for those reasons.
