Looks good Zap. Now that you have gotten a reward for that, what other kinds of rewards can you get?

Ok - it looks yummy but where is the recipe? Maybe someone else would like to be rewarded as well.

edit: went and googled it - definitely not a low calorie dessert but sounds awesome. I will have to try it during summer holidays.

Yummy! Here we're still eating shortcake and strawberries on ice cream. Pounds keep piling up on my body too but it is difficult to stop eating such delicious stuff.

    Berried Delight

    Combine:

    1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    ½ cup sugar

    1/3 cup melted butter/margarine

Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 pan and chill for a couple of hours

    Beat until smooth:

1 (8 oz) pkg softened cream cheese

    ¼ cup sugar

    2 tablespoons milk

Fold into about 14 oz slightly thawed cool whip

    Spread on crust

Arrange 2 pints hulled and halved strawberries in even layer.

Beat 2 (4 serving size) pkgs vanilla instant pudding into 3-1/2 cups cold milk.

Pour pudding over the berries and chill for several hours or overnight.

Serve with additional thawed cool whip and additional berries on top.

    Pretzel Salad

    Ingredients:

    1 cup of broken pretzels

    1 stick of butter

    ½ cup sugar

    1 pkg. Dream Whip

    1 oz. pkg. cream cheese

    ½ cup sugar

    1/8 cup of cornstarch

    1 can crushed pineapple

    Directions:

Mix butter and sugar, add pretzels and stir. Put in round casserole dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350, take out and let cool. Prepare Dream Whip according to pkg directions. Blend in cream cheese and sugar, do not over blend. (There will be some lumps). Spread over pretzel mixture. Thicken pineapple with 1/8 cup cornstarch (mixed with water). Cook over med – high heat until juicy. Spread over top. Chill for 4-5 hours.

    Here's another good one.

I think Judy has plans for more work, she's making sure you're a happy camper before she gives you the list.
