It will be a rare social day today! Husband is home, and my son and grandson will be coming up. Luckily it's a nice day outside.

An artisian well is one that is drilled into a spring that has enough pressure that it flows out the top of the pipe. This is just a spring

Good afternoon everybody. You can have your spring and some of ours lol. We have way to many.
Molly enjoy your day with the family. Hope the weather is nicer there than here.
    Brandon good luck.
We are running the furnace now. Chaz got the part in and it p and running. Since winter has been dragging out we ended up using next years wood. Since we want to use as little of that as possible we switched to the furnace. And that has broken down twice. Keeping our fingers crossed.
Everybody have a great day. Keep safe and healthy.

Thanks. The lady named Crystal that has helped me on the phone twice really knows her stuff. Only been there for a year and a half. She personally came outside to get my paperwork today. Good lord is she adorable. She needs me...

    Good morning, everyone.

Planning to split and stack the wood I cut to length yesterday.

Forecast for potential dusting of snow, come sun up Saturday.

I picked up some strawberries yesterday. I appear to have a bumper crop of rhubarb. I like to cook them up together in a pot, with just a sprinkling of sugar and tapioca as a thickener. I prefer it to be on the tart side. Makes for a comforting bowl of yummy. I'll probably take some to my folks.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

Good morning. The birds started making a lot of noise earlier than normal...could be the moon. It is cold. Luckily the blossoms on my apple trees are not open. We will see how the tomatoes do. I know one thing for sure...they are not happy right now.

Tomatoes, you are a brave man! I've been holding off until we get 70's.

I push it every year. I haven't lost a tomato plant in spring down here in the suburbs of Minneapolis in over 20 years.

The first and last tomatoes I tried to grow up north of Grand Marais were lost to 28f the morning June 21st...the first day of summer.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Time to get :coffee: and the day started. Got to cut and deliver a load of cooking wood this morning. Have a little ahead, just finish it up.
Then nap time again, yep, days off are over, back on nights again.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

 .... We try to grow it down here and I think it gets either too hot in the summer or not cold enough in the winter ... Love the stuff.... Congrats on a bumper crop...
