Next, get real close to his face tonight. Like when he is on the couch in your spot. Then blow in his face with your mouth! :handshake:

Mine GSD does the same thing. I've had to replace the end section twice on my blower. He hates it, [IMG]

Bought and set this today for 99's "pet woodchuck" that has decided to continue making the woodpile and storage shed it's permanent home. She's been backfilling it's tunnel entrances for a few days now. Yesterday, she even poured bleach into one entrance hole! (must be concerned that the little bugger may catch covid!!) We named it "Gretchen" since it is always home.......:smoke:

Monday I saw Rainey watching birds thru the kitchen bay window, then she turned to see what I was doing.

We have at least 1 woodchuck back. Now it's living under my shed.

How quiet are those quiet .22 rounds? I've got a SS Ruger 10/22 my dad gave me that I haven't shot yet. I always used his blued with birch stock and a scope 10/22. I'd need to mount some scope rings and a scope I've got laying around. Think it's a 3x9 barska. More than gooder enough on a .22.

    Already caught and disposed. :rootintootin:

As far as using a .22 goes, it you have a gun that'll shoot .22 shorts, go with that.

I tried last summer with a .22 LR and was just not comfortable using one in town. (I opened the 2nd floor window and shot down into the yard)

Apparently you can use shorts in it, but it won't auto cycle. Some 22lr quiet rounds act the same I guess. 1 Rd should fix the problem, but I'll have to do it at a time when someone's not home.;)

Apparently CCI makes a quiet 22 lr that is for semi autos like my 10/22.

I've tried them in my 10/22 with no luck. Won't cycle correctly. I had to buy a Volquartsen Firearms Firefly Bolt with a weaker spring and it now functions properly in my suppressed takedown model. Sounds like a bb gun.

1 shot will be fine, regardless. If not, I'll hand cycle it. You tried the CCI quiet ones for semi autos?

Those cci lead tips are so soft, the smallest scratch on the actual bullet won't allow my ruger back packer to cycle correctly.

Yes I have. They didn't cycle good either, hit & miss. When getting "quiet" ammo be sure and check the velocity. Not all quiet rounds are sub sonic. Breaking the sound barrier adds more noise.
