    I was doing a "ring test" and I'm hard of hearing !!! I don't use those skeet targets anyway.

    How long was that sitting around before installing? The label looks pretty wore out....
    Could have been stored improperly wherever you bought it from- other stuff stacked on perhaps- could have started a stress fracture in the wheel.
    Or like amateur cutter said- don’t use a hammer on it. :thumbs:
