There are Delron rails spaced about 6" apart between the bottom of the conveyor on top and the spacer rods, they scalloped to conform to the 3/4" rods. Those Delton rails are located, width wise, on the spacer rods with locking collars on either either side of each rail. I thought about loosening the collars and re-spacing them but that still left 3/4" (collar width) of conveyor unsupported right at the transition of both entry and exit points. Also, it would be widening the distance between the longitudinal support rails. I am NOT an engineer but making the gap between rails wider seems like a good way to lessen the per square inch weight capacity. Not really a good idea on an accumulation table, especially one that started life as a wash table.

Question was how to support the very edge of the polymer conveyor that was designed to accept and discharge bottles from each end, not the side? Hyfax seemed like a good option.

 

I'd like to suggest 2 flute spiral point taps as opposed to the 4 flute hand tap your using. Chips are pushed out ahead of the tap and no need to use back gear on that size.

 

I'd still use the back gear, even 60 rpm is nerve wracking to me. Used 2 flute with CNC machines, these are what I had on hand.

Lead time on color labels is 2-3 weeks, customer said black and white is OK. Supply chain issues are starting to be a problem, label backing, containers, corrugated (not as much) and the biggie....closures (caps). Product isn't the issue.

 

Gonna be cranking out way more gallons of sanitizer soon. New 6 head Gravity/Pressure filler. Should be able to up our production to 22-24 GPM. All intrinsically safe sensors, motors and anti static conveyor and rails.

Need to set it up, made an attempt to set it up today, but we got slammed with 3 incoming trucks of totes, shipped one truck of 24 pallets, an order of syrup and off loaded 15k gallon jugs.
