    Well, I'm new to this thread. Picked up this gadget yesterday...got it put together last night 0425202107_HDR.jpg
    Got it going this afternoon with a mix of cherry and apple pellets 0426201443.jpg
    First run was 6 apple sausage, 4 jalapeno and cheddar sausage and 10 burgers. Turned out really good. 0426201527.jpg
    I could use some ideas or recipes...thanks.
