Well guys I finally got a little time yesterday to give the mill a try. Not really any issues but a little bit of a learning curve.

I had the MS362 setup for some small cedar logs that buZZsaw BRAD had dropped off a while back to try it on.
Set up first cut rails and made the first cut to get the log straightened out ; no problems but took a little while to get it set where I wanted.
Then I set the saw to cut some 3/4 inch thick boards and was able to make a few more cuts without issue.

What did I learn ? Lets see …. #1 it is dusty ; did I mention dusty. Certainly not your conventional wood chips
It is a little slow , my log was on the smaller side but could imagine something large will take some time.
It is rough on equipment a long dusty cut tough on the powerhead so a little extra premix-oil not a bad thing .
Saw and saw fixture can become heavy , this was with MS362 so the 661 should require Wheaties for breakfast.

All in all the end result wasn't bad. The finish of the cuts was actually pretty good.

It was a good start and with a little practice things will get better , a good day in the end.

Well I am guilty of no pictures. I am not the best on taking pictures when I do something. I really need to try to get into that habit.
My computer skills are not my best feature but will work on it.
