Parts of a gift cow from the freezer to your grill.

    What's not to like?

I don't know how you will like the steaks, but I do know that your brother in law got ripped off royally on the price!

    I dont think you'll be disappointed.

But yeah, they are pricey. ($20 per steak....about the same as a whole prepared meal at the Texas Road House)

Just sold two fat steers for $4.00 a pound plus they pay processing. So will work out usually to $4.50 per pound the customers cost. This is not per pound the live weight of the steer, the hanging weight (so the head, hide, guts, etc are gone). A 1200 pound steer will hang around 700-750 hanging weight. So, $4.50 is the high for hamburger, but really cheap for the steaks and other cuts.

not really as all burger came from 1 or 2 animals and not a couple dozen.. my sister and BIL own one you get a cut sheet double wrapped and sealed in sizes you want and Hamburger is much more dense!
