A Little Flat Top Cooking Tonight

    Teriyaki turkey burgers with grilled pineapple/onions and avocado spread. Also some grilled asaparagus. Dessert was fireball marinated pineapples with cayenne and cinnamon. Definitely making it again!

    Love it! It pairs well with my Kamado Joe. If I could only have one I would pick the Kamado but I really like the flat top. For dinner tonight you can cook everything at once on the blackstone and cleanup is a minute or two.

    I'm looking into this. I've used a 1/4 inch piece of mild steel with rebar handles for years. I'm always worried my wife will smash her toes when she uses my propane grill
