Never get tired of seeing your stacks Dennis.

Gives me envy.. People wonder where I get my OCD from?
As long as you have been doing it? It prob comes natural. Me? I have to try still. :)

Now relax, and know that you are ready for Mother Nature to bring what she may!!

Bummer Dennis, I really wanted an excuse to come over. :D Nice looking stacks as usual. Glad you'll be warm for the winter. Let me know when it's time to start dropping trees this winter, I still want that lesson we talked about. A C

You might want to come when wishlist comes. We have a bunch of pines to drop and buck up. He will take the wood for his evaporator. We're looking at some time in December to do that.

As for the lesson, I may have to take one from you!

Dennis I put the pile of beech in reserve for you. It'll get there someday when life slows down and be ready to burn by then lol.

    Looks good Dennis.
You use a ladder ?. Stack in the barn look pretty high.

Nice colors in the maple hanging over the stacks.

No on the ladder. It is just a tad over 7' so I can reach it okay.

That stack is one I laugh sometimes when I hear of problems with leaf drop in the stacks. We don't have a problem with it but this year I did find some leaves in the wood. Not a lot for sure but some. Still that wood has sit for 4 1/2 years.
