I’d like to have my MS362C (m-tronic) ported. Any recommendations? I emailed Mastermind but his site makes it sound like he’s only doing new saws.

He’s my publicist. I actually pay him in Bandaids every time he quotes one of my posts. Keeps him safe

Kevin did his magic on a ms241 for me. I love that saw i have ran 25 tanks of gas thru it and have not had a problem. I have several other saws i have not used since i got it.

Scott Kunz is the only one I trust with my saws. I've been out to his place a handful of times. He knows his stuff.

My guess is they probably know of each other. I've just seen too many fly by night "builders" come and go to trust anybody without first doing extensive homework. JMS and Stumpy come to mind off the top of my head. A couple others who I know are still doing it but would not send my saws too based on talking with Scott. :)

I think I remember you from my more active days on the AS forum years ago. Scott did both my saws back in 2012 or so.

I also want to be perfectly clear for those reading this. Kevin was -NOT- one of the builders I referenced above. After I shut my computer down last night I was thinking my comment may be taken that way. :picard: I was hoping nobody assumed this otherwise I would be spending this morning doing damage control. :picard: Glad to see no damage control is needed.

Got one back from Kevin last week. She’s a rockstar. The whole process was super smooth. I think it was exactly 14 days from “Hey can I send this”, until it was back on my desk at work. Didn’t sit there long, I had it in wood later that day!
