Hey thanks everyone. I caught the bug a few months ago , and now I spend the bulk of my free time searching for free wood! I still have a ton of work to do to refine my system.

So far im impressed with my 450. Its handled everything so far. Even a few butt ends that were bigger than the bar. That being said the pro level husqvarna saws are AWESOME!!!

All in good fun PlumbSplitter We like to harass each other whenever we can, no bad intent.

First saw I ever bought new was a 450. I used it for a few short months and realized it wasn't the right tool for the job. I sold it on CL for $200 and bought a brandy new 357XP and it's been my favorite saw ever since.

If you're patient they can be found used for a decent price. I bought my 346XP for $250.

Had this P100 shelved for the past 3 years or so. It earned an honest living on the West Coast. Miraculously, the case and jug survived the grenade. Cleaned up the cylinder and flushed the case. New AM piston. Measured up well, but finish quality is as expected. I tightened it up with a 1/64" base gasket and with an end gap of 0.008" or so, it should settle in after a few tanks. I'll throw it in the back of the truck this weekend.
