I have family in Chattanooga and my aunt called this morning and said that they were ok, but their church and school are a total loss. Glad you’re safe too. Hard to think about coronavirus when a tornado is blowing through town, right?
Holy smokes. That is definitely premium firewood there and no fear of running out for a couple of years. Sweet! Did Dan help on this and is he home now for the rest of the semester?
btw, with all this talk about how much on hand, they used to holler at me but the most I think I've ever had on hand was either 21 or 27 cord. Don't remember for sure so I usually say 21 cord.
It's all in an Excel spreadsheet, so the math is all done for me. I just need to enter my measurements and wallah!
36 Cords - Holy Smokes Batman! A big ole round of applause! How many years of burning is that? I’ve put up 6 cords since September - and I thought I was humpin it - haha. Just me and my old as dirt fast azz though. Right now there is 14 cord split and stacked - 3.5 years worth of heat. If I full up all current shed and stackin place I’ll get to 17 cords.
rounding error......as you know with Excel, it doesn't just use the digits it displays for the calcs. I formatted the cells to display out to two decimal places. Didn't change anything other than the format of how it's displayed, better?
Looking forward to seeing pics of your pole bldg, when you get to it Scotty Overkill ... the new stackin' looks great...
Yes we got slammed with some good winds, Joe and I did a storm damaged maple removal last evening, even had the old Stihl 041AV Super out for the job. She's sat idle for almost two years! Joe had himself decorated with "redneck-glitter"....lol
Yes sir, he's home. Still doing his schooling online, he's maintaining a solid 4.0 GPA too! He helps us with trees quite often, and he's still a hard worker... Very proud of that young man!
