    Took some dry goods and some tools down to the cottage. Ice along the shoreline is starting to melt.

    One our walk down there, I noticed a retired state cop drive into his camp. :yes: :whistle:

    Both of us smiled and thought of our gov's attempt at controlling the actions on in state residents.... :rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:

    DAY 19

    Took some supplies to the cottage as I hope to be moving there soon. I'll be back and forth for awhile and then move permanently (for summer). Unless summer is ordered to stay at home also.

    Still can't believe the number of people running around on atv/utv and in the parks. I'm thinking there's going to be a lot of crying once the parks get shut down.

    Probably hit the stores for some groceries maybe Wed next week?

    What a difference a year makes . Last spring is was terrible wet here in mid Michigan. Many farmers didn’t plant all the ground . My plan last year was to cut down all those cottonwoods growing around the pond before leaf out . Couldn’t do it , to wet .
    Took a walk out back yesterday and I could get the tractor back there with the grapple and start clearing them out . Now , what to do with the wood ? I’ll leaning towards just burning them come winter . I hate cotton wood , just a nasty , nasty tree .

    The real "Shining Star Idiot" politicians are really starting to float to the top and show themselves. Only hope is that the real people remeber whose these "Fudd's" are come election time !!!!!!!!!!

    Business as usual here. 2 supposed cases here in our county (I say supposed because the cdc in charge)

    I feel for the very few businesses up here, salons etc that are closed and pray elsewhere these small businesses recover.

    My job is working on a 4 day schedule, the fifth day off with pay.

    It'll be starting 3 weeks tomorrow and at least 18 more days to go!

    Storms is coming in with snow. So far, all we got was a dusting which is just fine with me......not quite 2" on the deck last hour.

    Ham dinner with cheesy potatoes, cole slaw, lemon bars, potato rolls and of course the baked beans.

    Hope everyone had a good Easter!
