Can you get a pic of it coming down? I miss it. All that comes down around here is pollen...

We are on the edge of the snow line. So far we are only getting some rain and ice pellets. It should change over to all snow later this afternoon/evening.

Some areas are white and some are green. Green here, white up by my mom in the Northwoods.

The way it's going I'll probably need to now in a week or so. Granted, it's going to rain tonight and turn to snow overnight. It won't stick though.

It's just grey here. Grilling my semi famous ribs right now.

My wife made her grandmothers signature Easter cookies yesterday. First Easter without her. She wanted to bring some to her parents, and have the whole family go, but keep distance outside.

It went every bit as poorly as I expected. MIL trying to get the oldest to grab the gifts she put put that we said we couldn't take as soon as my wife walked up to talk to her dad (they had first responders in the house last week)

Then the kids crying most of the ride home. Margaritas are helping though.

So far all my relatives that had the virus are home. My cousin told me today that his mom, who is 97 and in a nursing home, is not doing to well. They can only visit her by looking through a window to her room. The nurses said she is failing, but my cousin said she looks well. He thinks the nurses might be overwhelmed, overworked and depressed and not really being that accurate with her assessment. Still, at her age my aunt is highly at risk.

The rest of us are doing well. My son and his family are staying over their house and we are staying at home, except my wife brought over some of our ham and veggies so it seems like we are together. They are doing the greetings and food exchange outside the house and keeping their distance. I’m beat up by an arthritis flare today and stayed home. All in all I guess you could say that life is still good.

How is everyone doing in your family? Hope you are having a Happy Easter.

Well, I do have my "quarantine cut" hairdo now...

Admittedly, it's longer on top than the sides. The clippers are fun to use.

I’m sorta on my own down here. I feel your pain today. I can barely move. My right hand is useless, just a club. Hopefully tomorrow brings us some relief. I took an elderly lady some country style pork ribs the other day. I like to cook but it’s hard to do for 1 person. Turns out she likes to bake. Banana nut bread on Thursday and blueberry pie yesterday. I’ve been giving her fish too, I think I’ll keep it up.

I attempted my first self cut last week. #7 all over, did it in the side yard while looking at my reflection in a window. Wonder if the neighbors saw. It came out better than I expected.

You should have a good support system if she likes to bake and you like to cook.

Prayers for your aunt. I lost my aunt yesterday but it was not covid related, may she Rest In Peace. She was 3 years younger than yours, oldest of the clan besides my great great grandfather that lived to 95 and died in 1929. All 5 generations from that pioneer are now in Heaven together. Restored bodies, total forgiveness and joy. Amen.

I can absolutely see the nurses feeling that way, Prayers for our health care workers too!!!

Yes, good Easter, 2 indoor Easter egg hunts :) WWW made a giant delicious Easter omelette this morning, I'll add pic in a minute from my phone, . Loved the dose of vitamin C from the bell pepper

Personally that commercial that says "bodies that stay in motion are better off" pizzes me off. Tough to do when every step hurts whether one gets going and overcomes the gel effect or not :headbang: I'm sorry you are hurting Al.

We just finished our humble Easter supper. We miss the usual family gathering.

The ham slices were simmered in our own maple syrup. It was really delicious. Heading for a little fire pit with the family. An Easter to remember for sure.

I did mine mostly by myself. I had my wife try to blend it in, but it's more of an 80's hairdo.

    Could be wayyyyyy worse
