OK,tried to catch up,have been busy and away. I scrolled through most last posts, except maybe for the last 5 pages. As far as the virus,I will say again(I think, here),I am pretty sure I had it in November.Went camping and hunting with neighbors and their kid and his wife.He is military, reserves and National guard, and runs night shift at the local jail. His wife is a cop at the local college. They were both sick, before we went on our camping/haunting excursion. Less len a wek later,I was ungodly sick, but not like any flu I ever had.Well so were their parents, that went with us.Have talked to them, several times since then, all are well.In my opinion. this was released and spread about the world months before.Which would make perfect sense,as facts have shown china lies about everything.OH,being older,i still take normal precautions, going to the stores.

Well, one thing has come out of this. With me and my honey being apart, we had to figure out how to do video calling on our cells phones so we can at least see each other.

I dont know how the younger crowd stares at their phone constantly. But it helps for now :)

I went into Safeway the other day about mid day and was totally surprised to find several packs of TP on the shelf.

The hoarders must have their storage unit totally filled up now.

I grabbed a 12 pack of the Signature (Store brand) which were the huuuuuuuuge rolls.

The store finally put a limit on how much folks can buy. One large pack or two small ones.......

    About time.....
I am guessing that once this mess is over sales will fall to near zero at the store while all these hoarders use up the garage full of butt paper..

Moved a ton of pellets, twice this morning.
I decided to order online and when I did that, I saw I got cash back from Rakuten, plus I get some back from my credit card, and there is a discount for taking a whole ton, so just went for it. Got the notification that it was ready, so pulled up and called to let them know I was at the pellet piles. Told them I would be loading by the bag. They sent a gal that was at least my age, and is smaller in both height and weight. I told her just to open up the covering and I would load it myself.

She asked how many trips I would need to take - 2? 3? and I held up 1 finger. She asked if I had done this before - yep. Then she asks if I'm sure I don't need her help - nope, I'll take it from here. Thank you.

She was happy not to have to help, I was happy not to have my bags of pellets handled by her (not to mention the non-6 feet distance that would have to occur), and I got some exercise by moving that ton twice. I wonder if some of that counts as yoga since I have to contort myself to get the top row in the Explorer :D

I do that rarely. Usually will go with a 1/2 ton at a time. Didn't take pics yesterday, but here is one from last year. This truck has the tow/haul package and I only have to drive 3-4 miles, on good roads. Wouldn't do that if I had to go 30 miles.

    Hmmmmm
Sounds like what I had in mid February.
Started out with a tight feeling in the chest, that lasted a day or so.
Chills like crazy and then sweating like it was 100 F out
Ache all over worse than any Flu ever.
Finally turned into a nasty cough with the snots really bad.

Came down with it Feb 15th and it took until nearly the middle of March to finally get over the worst of it.

Still had a nasty cough up until a few days ago.
Finally pretty much shed of whatever it was.
My other half had a similar bout, but not nearly as bad...only lasted a week.

Sure could have been the Kung Flu...time frame was right.

Bob is awesome. I’ve seen a few of his shows. He posts a video to Facebook every day but these “Crona Watch” ones are priceless.

The place I bought my stove does pellet delivery out of convenience to their customers, meaning it's not their primary gig.

They deliver pellets in a box truck WITHOUT a lift and make the guy move every single bag and place where you want it.

Needless to say I don't buy pellets from them.

Well, I don't ask that they load, I do it myself, or let them help if they insist. This time I insisted the 5'4", 100 pound late 50 yo gal not help me. I may be in the minority on that though.

You are, actually (in the minority). Maybe its me being sensitive because it appears I am essential (read that, expendable), but this pushing 60 year old guy OFTEN, actually, more often than not, has to load these loads for, oddly, the young stud who is perfectly happy standing back and watching......

Well.. I don't have to do it very often.. only when Henry takes that rare time off...
    So nothing like Lousy..
But this >70 guy does his share on those days..
I mind more, the ones that come in with a pickup, and a tonneau cover,
or the ones that pop the trunk.. and it is already half full with golf clubs and baby carriages..
    and wants 20 bags..
    But it's all good..

    Added story.
A guy comes in with a pickup and tonneau cover.. wants a bunch.
So we stuff them all in, under the cover.. major PITA.
    Because it is so awkward.
When we get done... I say
"I have a tonneau on my truck too, and you release two clamps under, and it folds up into thirds".
He says.. "Yeah, mine does too.."
    Pass the gun please...

most of my bag customers will happily load themselves. I tend to help the women more and don't mind. it's good exercise! but I do my 10,000 steps just about every day anyway, and don't go to the germy gym. (paying $10 a month to stay away!)

had a guy put 19 bags in a smart car though. probably not too smart, but I didn't load it. He was only going 2 miles, I asked!

now you made me look!......yesterday is 16, 564 steps.
But we are down people. Had 5 out yesterday. We had told people that if they didnt feel well, or were uncomfortable coming to work (retail), that we would pay them for two weeks and they could use vacation time of course. The Payroll Protection Program funds havent come out yet......and I am still skeptical.
