She busted me this morning for the glazed over eyes and "blah, blah, blah" look comment I made over on another thread... LOL I'm sure great offense will be taken if she sees the vacuum and sewing machine comment, even if it is true... and it is...

Actually, I have sold off 5 of my saws over the past couple years and I'm content with the two remaining ones I have. They do pretty much everything I have asked them to do. I've ran over 5 gallons of fuel mix through them over the last 4 weeks, mostly through the MS250. I do kinda miss the one little Poulan Woodsman 1800 that I had but I got tired of working on it. It was so light and easy to use. I could carry it all over the woods all day long but it was pretty wimpy on power. Worked well for cutting vines and brush though, and sipped gas. I cut a lot of wood with that little saw over the years. I probably should have done a complete overhaul on it, but something was failing on it every time I used it and I was tired of throwing money at it.

knock on wood, these two saws I have now have treated me well. The MS391 I picked up lightly used several years ago ran circles around my o41 after I did a MM on it. I hadn't picked up the 041 to use other than start it to make sure it still ran for about two years and figured it was time to get it out of the way. It was a tooth rattler anyway. I like the anti-vibe saws. I ended up selling the Husky's I had picked up cuz they just didn't feel right in my hands. They were good saws and strong runners, but the 250 just feels like an extension of my arms. The MS250 with a MM cut right with the Husky 55 rancher and it had a mild MM too.

All that being said, I wouldn't be opposed to finding a good deal on ported pro line saw but I'm just not seeing any deals around here on them. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough or in the right places.

All this talk has me itching... right next to my wallet... kinda burning sensation... OK marketplace and Craigslist, here I come...

Nice score Brad. I’m sure that will make you happy for awhile.

But as for the next one,,,,,,I have a squeaky clean 361 I’d be willing to get rid of, barely broken in. Whenever I pull the rope I can hear it say Braaddd, Braaddd, Braaddd. :)
