That's what I told my wife...my policy is if I have to handle it, I'm gonna burn it...and we were clearing limbs off the path so... But no, it is about 1/4 mile from the road, and there are no motor vehicles allowed, so they can clean that one up themselves. I tried to scooch the main trunk off the path since it was hanging out a foot or so, but I couldn't move it by myself...after I walked away a big ole wrestler looking guy offered to help me move it, but I decided that my back was feeling pretty good today, so I'm not gonna go and screw that up!
It is the angle you see it. There is a road on the other side of the building that goes down to the waterfront and our inter-island ferry. Behind the buildings you see on the left of it and in front of the marina, is another road going along the waterfront. You are looking at downtown Port McNeill, population about 2000 people.
Caffeine going in. Almost time for a long walk. After yesterday’s rain I think I’ll stay off the trails. They are going to be very wet. Looks like it’s time to walk down the country roads.
