    Dat looks like nice one!:thumbs:Good cut of beef is always positive. I bought 30 lbs of hamburger the other day from a guy who raises black angus not far from here. $4/lb. Had five Porterhouse steaks from him a little while back too but they be gone already!

    Get 1/2 cow through a coworker every year.

    $3/lb plus processing costs.

    Comes out to ~$3.45 per lb for it all.

    Still have a lot of meat in the freezer.
