    wife starts telecommuting Monday for 2 weeks, saves her from driving the 1/4 mile to work. I will have to figure out how to stay busy now.

    That's pretty much the modus operandi here as well. FD comes out and eyeball things and pretty much confirm you are or are not an idiot or somewhere in between. Helps you think things thru if you haven't. If I remember correctly you're supposed to call in on any subsequent fires and apparently depending on where you fell on the idiocy scale they drive by and check things out or don't. I've seen some stupid sh!t so I don't blame them for being wary at all.

    For my last week of work, there was only two of us in the whole school. BC Provincial Health Officer is recommending everyone stay home who isn't a front line worker. Bars and restaurants are closed for in-house dining. Take out or delivery only. Daycares are closing, all public playground equipment in the larger centers are off limits. Our local grocery store has lines and rules about no crowding the checkouts. If you bring your own bags, then you pack your own groceries. Our one and only Health Clinic is taking phone appointments only. The province is encouraging TeleHealth which similar to Zoom meeting.

    Nothing definite about schools but our Ministry of Education is talking about teachers holding virtual classrooms for their students. Our shop teacher doesn't know how well that is going to work for his students. Not every student of his has woodworking, metal working or old autos in their back yard to work on.

    Our church Pastor will be holding services tomorrow through the use of Zoom meeting. Today we had prayer meeting via phone conference. It got a little jumbly but mostly went good. campinspecter has a hard time listening on phones, even with his special phone that talks to his hearing aids.

    Funny, considering that one's an alloy body. GM had to attempt to copy for 2019+ by getting alloy doors, tailgate, & hood. Also funny considering that GM's are the ones with frame and brake line rust issues. Just saying...
