Yes. Went early. Now heading to the dock to pick up an older gentleman and take him to the shell cracker hole. He doesn’t move this early.

Ok. Wind got bad and Shellies stopped biting. We gave away what we caught to another guy. I needed a day off from cleaning fish.

Good morning everyone! PA is basically on lockdown as of 8 pm last night. As of right now I am still exempt though so I'm still working. Fortunately I am salaried so I will be okay even if we get shut down but there are many that are not so fortunate.

Hopefully this all blows over but no matter what this is a good opportunity to slow life down and enjoy it. If any of you are off work and now have some free time it's a great time to dive in to the bible as well. Psalm 91 is a great place to start. God is in control. There is no need to be anxious.

    Have a great day all!

    Good morning everyone.

Thanks for the encouragement and perspective Marvin.

Our clinic and hospital system is anticipating the potential of a mass casualty situation. They all but closed our practice in developmental/behavioral pediatrics yesterday, but are paying us to come in everyday to check in. They told us that we need to be available for repurposing in case extra help is needed. I noticed yesterday that extra lighting was being put up in rooms and hallways, which I assume are anticipated to eventually house sick patients and medical equipment.

Our boys and I are driving up to our cabin later today to check on things and enjoy some time together. They want to go downhill skiing so I am taking them tomorrow. I checked Lutsen's web page and found out their last day for the season is 3/22. They were supposed to stay open until 5/3.

Stay safe out there! Hopefully they dont need to repurpose you and we can all look back in a few weeks and think this was all an overreaction. That would be the best outcome.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Got to go to work this morning. Guess I better get up and get going, find some coffee and breakfast. We are being careful, I work by myself in a control room. Couple cases in the next county...
    Have a great weekend.

    Good morning.

I'm helping a friend today move some kind of high-end planting boxes. Earth boxes, she calls them. Maintaining our distance should be no problem.

Then, prepping/marking the new logs that came my way yesterday. Hoping, a couple of friends show up tomorrow, to begin cutting and splitting, so I can get them off the lawn.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

Good morning! Wind, rain, and warm temps today, so I'll have to pick my moments to be outside. I'm hoping my husband can start working from home. He needs permission to get on the VPN at work, and there are social complications. His job won't close until someone gets sick, that's just how the management is.
It's so hard to resist hopping in the car and going somewhere. I have to keep reminding myself that I have everything I need at home, and nothing in any store is worth getting sick for. I went to the dump yesterday, there's not any human interaction going on there. They did have the entrance rerouted so that someone in the booth checks that you have a dump sticker. Previously, you could sail right in most of the time. I hope they don't close it to the public.
Stay healthy and make good choices everyone!

Mornin' folks................. very quiet up in this area. The Boss and I continue on our self-imposed isolation. Fortunately so far, this area is clean but we know that will change as they estimate 20% of the population had done NOTHING as far as changing their life style. As well, numerous "SNOW BIRDS" are flocking home before the border shuts down tonight. The city of Ottawa estimates 2,000 cases there and a goodly number of locals commute to and fro there daily. We have been lucky so far and want to try and continue down that avenue. Everyone stay safe.
