I'm just starting out using a GoPro camera to record our services. I get the delays too. Don't know if it the Bluetooth connection between camera and phone or the Wi-Fi connection between phone modem.

Business as usual here. Keeping the truckers on the road. Bar season has officially closed here in Wisconsin. Lots of cabin fever to come.

My daughter uses Zoom a lot so she is going to walk me through it. She suggested Go to Meeting as well. All this new technology is amazing. I tried Facebook live video again but ended up with everyone on my phone. It is easy to broadcast but not that easy to have everyone else on there. I need practice.

Woodwidow you don't need a youtube account to watch a live stream.

Town got a new fire marshal, going to have a burn, New rule of fires have to be extinguished completely by dark. Well guys, I am not being lack of safety conscious, my bonfire area, is 2000 feet from any building that I don’t own. And 300 feet from anything that could catch with the hose next to it! Also I have to call him every time I light one.. I Expect eventually he will come up and see what I’m doing, like the last fire marshal did. I think I called in 35 days in a row. When I bought the place.

I took out a permit for open burn. They will send a truck out to inspect the area. I had to buy 200 feet of hose, plus set up the 100 I already had to reach the area. We do have a lot of wood and leaves out back here, so I want to make sure we are good. Next year no site visit, just first time burning on property.

The new to me MS170 got a pinched chain last weekend, and a few links were binding. I ran to the local dealer for a new chain. I went out back this afternoon and worked on cutting more limbs off the red pine I dropped. It is so much work to cut the vines to get to the wood.

I'm making smaller, managable piles to keep everything orderly for the FD site visit. I did get the walnut limb taken down safely. With the undergrowth not leafed out, I can really see how it can look here.

Burn pile area looking from where I cut the walnut.

The red pine tangle. I took the MS170 and cut through this. Hopefully, it will be burned this weekend. Lots of smaller dead limbs all cut and ready to go into the stacks.

Big pile left from the PO. I may leave some of it for the wildlife. The pile on the right is the hemlock that fell into the crabapple that I removed last year after we moved here.

Good they let you burn, it's been a little dry. Hope it goes well. Your son should enjoy it. Simple pleasures.
