Thanks for the pics. Can you show some close ups of how the wheels attach? Were they on an axle before and you somehow attached them to the frame without the axle?

I’ll get picks next time I go to Wayne’s. See if I can explain. At the end of axle where the wheel is had a flat area about 2 1/2”x2 1/2”. We cut the wheels off at that flat. We then clamped those wheels to the bottom of the frame where we had cut off a cross member so that the flat of the axle was against the flat of the crossmember. With it c-clamped in place we drilled thru the crossmember stub and thru the flat of the axle. That was the most miserable cast I ever tried drilling. After the holes were drilled we used 2 bolts on each axle/crossmember joint then welded around the seam between them.

I have a 2001 artic cat 300. I think it has a Suzuki engine. Any issues pulling logs with the 300?

My King quad has 3 ranges in 4wd. 4wd high, 4wd low and 4wd locked differential where all 4 wheels are actually driving. The King Quad is shaft drive. Haven’t found anything I couldn’t pull or push within reason.
