    Temp. has dropped 10 degrees up here in about 3 hours, currently 34. It is windy, but no where near that. Rain has moved SE from here.

    It will be late Thursday and Friday for us so I filled up three five gallon gas cans and a 2.5 gallon gas can this afternoon, that should be enough for the generator and chainsaws if needed.

    After this weekend I'm thinking about switching over to pine,we still have four face cord of good hardwood left that is usually gone by this time of the year.

    I could hear some wind last night when I went out to fire up the OWB. It was at tree top level. This morning, I haven't heard anything ….. yet.

    Yup, windy here now but out along the shores of Lake Superior is where it is serious. Around 35mph from the west wind now. Ended up with 3"+ by 9:00 last night and got some more overnight; I'll look in a minute how much.

    The wet heavy snow started in earnest during late afternoon and really came down heavy for awhile! Covered everything in a short while and made the highways a slushy slippery mess.
