Got caught up on my other todo lists and if all got back to splitting wood. The small, yellow pile is mulberry. The bigger pile is green ash and black walnut. The unsplit pile is mostly green ash. Bucked up some walnut and mulberry poles that I had laying back there too, let my buddy run the splitter while I did that.

All that is left are the massive pieces, hoping to dispose of them tomorrow. Need to find more pallets now!

Kids just did a little more stacking-- I'm one pallet short on the fence line rows, so I just had them taper down for now. Need about six pallets for behind the garage as well. For overflow...
Well, I can't just throw it out! BTW, I didn't remeasure but I'd bet that I'm well over 10 cords ATM. Will get new measurements once its all stacked.
Was hoping to be done splitting tonight, but it doesn't sound like the weather will cooperate. Maybe I will be able to go make a much needed pallet run!
I have had tons of offers lately and I'm just not sure where to put much more. I took my last truck load down to Dad's. Once I get the pallets behind the garage I will have a better idea how big my overflow area is.
