Those peppers really complement that black skillet...Lodge. I have one of those myself....a friend gave it to me. He only paid $10 brand new...bought 4 of them.
Fire box with 1/2" grate multi position cooking grate in fire box can move fire grate up too.....my pizza stone will be going up top
I welded brackets in and added fire bricks,I also bent a piece of expanded metal in the brake and added that...I was not liking my coals falling thru the slots in the fire grate.the bricks will help protect the paint on the outside of the fire box and they also reflect heat back at the fire.you can see the gas assist log starter in there
