It was a year ago today i joined FHC! I had googled something in regards to firewood/chainsaws (i honestly cant remember) and FHC was one of the choices that came up. I chuckled saying "they have a forum for people like me?" After posting my inaugural thread one member stated it was ironic I joined on Valentines day as i have a love for everything firewood. I thought i knew a lot with a lifetime of experience with firewood, but cant get over what ive learned in a year. A heartfelt "THANK YOU" to everyone ive met, corresponded, and laughed with here. You know who you are! The happiness this forum had brought me is priceless! Looking forward to another great year! Keep on hoarding, cutting and most importantly, be safe my fellow hoarders! Congrats, it was a year ago today, I barely made it into the school nurse office when my infection in my spine took over and i was in the wordt pain i could have ever imagined.
What a difference a year makes in a persons life. I well remember first hearing of your infection and what you had gone though. You've really learned to appreciate the good days! I love your posts and admire your tenacious work ethic! Look forward to meeting you someday!
