Hopefully what is being said about this is probably the last arctic blast of temperatures for the year is right. This morning was the warmest temp and the bottom is supposed to drop out as the day goes on. 20200212_101900.png

Those winds and temps will be making their way in tomorrow along with a half foot of snow. Roller coaster temps every week all winter this far. Feb/March can be some of the worst months!

Yes, to ski Killington. The last weekend in February I’m brining up 48 high school kids, my wife, and my own kids - age 8 and 6. The week after that it’s just me and 2 buds for a 3 day weekend.

Only got to ski Killington a week in ‘88.... best skiing I ever got to do in the NE. Mostly skied Windham and Hunter in NY. Never been out west, but no matter- can’t ski anymore b/c of my back.
Back on topic- less than 2” of snow here this winter.... we’ll either take a hit in March or early April or nothing til next year...:loco:

OMG, you are brining 48 HS kids!?! Are you going to smoke them too? You probably would be in less trouble if you would just brine and smoke turkeys. Is your nickname Jeff Dahmer? ;)

1" of snow overnight and that part is over. Now, the NW wind is howling and the temp dropped 8 degrees in the last hour and a half. Supposed to drop to -15 tonight. Short duration "cold snaps" are at least tolerable.
