Very nice fan! I'm now a fan of you fan and I'm setting under a fan! :D

You know we have a walking trail going in behind our property and one of our firewood stacks is back there... By stacks I mean three rows deep and 70' long. We have people coming up and asking if they can take a pic by it now... :rofl: :rofl:

    Pete,

I expect you could end up on then next hoarders reality show... :) That's a lot o wood u have!

Not much... I have a couple cords elsewhere, but not anywhere near as much as most here! I found posting anything here about wood stacks, is like fishing in a barrel or bees to honey.

    Escapes would require a lock.
Seems to be a lot of stray cats in the neighborhood. Keep the cats out and they leave no fleas.

Yes. In the past, some splits have tried to flea after seeing their brethren burned at the steak. :)

Lot of work to get that much stacked there. Nice thing about the chain link fence - no rotting fence posts and lots of air movement. I see you used pallets as well. this forum must be rubbing off on everyone.

Thanks brother, my youngest daughter gets most the credit on the recent stacking. :)

I was just thinking how I need to cut more.... I think another cord and a half this summer/fall and I will be all set.

Worker bees. Good that you are able to do it. Independence is huge. Tonight's news said oil is going up again. You won't need to worry about that for at least the next three years.

Since I started using a splitter, the stack are more stable since the pieces are more uniform.

I think for "most" of us here on the FHC, we not need to worry much about oil, except only for only for our cars, trucks, tractors, etc....:p.... and if worst comes to worst, I can make bio-diesel:cool:
