I hear ya bro. I plowed the driveway 3 times today. We are 20+ Inches here in the last 24 hours. We got 8+ four days ago - and 8+ a few days before that. I am out of room to put the snow. Burning an aspen and pondo mix here. 8B5A8DD0-97C5-4282-AC04-69FC7A63A8D6.jpeg

It’s been uncharacteristically warm , and we’ve been enjoying it ! [IMG]

I was surprised to find it below 0 tonight, but this is much closer to normal.

29° super lightly flurrying out now. There's 2 deer bedded down at the edge of our lawn under a pine tree. The deer didn't even care that I was getting a tub full of wood from the patio stack, or that William the Labrador was watching them.

The real snow will happen Sunday when Thor gets back to the state. ;)

We're all set for the weekend. The fridge is full, we've got a full lp tank for grilling, the liquor cabinet is stocked enough too, and I just got a new 33 lb bag of dog food.

It's not supposed to snow that much, 3-5" supposedly, but we're prepped at any rate.

    Burning ash, and box elder.

Was 26ºF outside two hours ago. 28ºF currently.
Just filled up with red maple. Supposed to only get to 37ºF today and even if this bright sun lasts all day it will probably be a burn all day day.

Loaded at midnight last nite so still making heat. Will probably go check soon.
Got about 10” of snow in last 2 days.
No wind and the trees are loaded with snow.
This is only the second time this winter we’ve had any credible snow.
Least amount of yearly snowfall I’ve ever seen here in the snow belt. I like it

27 currently. Moving the last of the dry locust inside and more ash. Locust burning in the basement and a little ash upstairs. Pushed the pieces of the baffle together and just keeping things low until the cement get here to fix the old one. [IMG][IMG]

BIL pic, taken at his work last night, just a town or two south of Canadian border VT
    DF7BDB78-4973-4165-84F7-6BEED5B3AC06.jpeg

We only got 4 or 5”, and a lot of drizzle. Power was out from 2pm until 3:30am. Cows got thirsty but had snow to eat.

I like the avatar you have. Bicycle ride? I miss those days when the kids were small and we would do that.

I see in the basement pic you have a chair for enjoying the burn and soaking up that radiant heat!
