Trying to coordinate the shipper to arrive when I do so closing is the key. Lots of phone calls to make to transfer utilities. Hopefully I will be traveling tomorrow so I expect you to fill a tub with pike and gills.

I hope the closing happens, so that you can drive off into the sunset with your boat in tow, and your dog riding shotgun.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Storms have moved out, close to 4" of rain, flooding some areas. I'm on my 7 days off, so I have to work for myself now...lol...
Going up to mama's house and replace some sewer line. I replaced the line from her house down to the septic tank awhile back. Now roots have grown into the pipe under the slab of basement floor. Plumber has reamed it out twice, about $250-300 each time. I'm going to run the pipe through 2 walls and tie into line I replaced. At least the ground will be soft for digging. Any of y'all nice people not busy today??? :rofl: :rofl: ...
Share a smile, lend a hand, be encouraging, be the sunshine in somebody's cloudy day.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME.

Morning all. Winter has arrived in full force.
Another 4" of heavy snow last night. 3" more predicted for today.
No thawing for the next week. No bike riding for a while....so
I'll be in my shop. Bark pocket hickory for coyote box for my aunt.

Good morning everyone! 32° with rain on top of snow. I'm laying low today, fighting off some kind of a bug. It's a good day to stay inside anyway. Have a good one!

    Me, too.
It is in a section called "rustic".
It is the wood that has live edge and knots.
    Just what I want.
….and it is about 1/4 the cost of the clear.
    Win...win....for me.

We got through with the sewer line replacement at mama's house.
Cut old line loose and capped it, then figured on the hole, 0207201104_HDR.jpg Got ell turned and through the next room 0207201220.jpg 0207201221.jpg Took all the other pipe out, now straight run to tank. 0207201411.jpg Covered and graded off. 0207201526.jpg We haven't had a fire in a few days, the wind sucked any heat left out of our house today, got a nice fire going tonight. 0207202100.jpg 0208200021.jpg

    Good work T.Jeff Veal .

Stuck here for a few more days but the closing is done. I have a friend that needs to complete some things here before I move. One of which is a 16’ gate with heavy duty posts across the driveway. He is very diligent and reliable but just found out his girlfriend is pregnant. Not the end of the world but he just turned 42 and is a little freaked out to say the least. Gives me some time to tie up a few loose ends that I was gonna leave unraveled. Coffee is good again...

Good morning everyone! I'm feeling better today, so I'm going hoarding. Mwalsh9152 has an oak he'll be cutting up this afternoon, and he's invited me along. It's icy here, so I'll wear my Yaktrax. Should be fun!
    Have a great day all.
