She has sharp eyes. She looked past the milk crate ( which is for the cat to get through the cat door) and saw the galvanized milk box on the front step.

 

Lol...Im not picking up 24"-36" rounds or halves. There us another video on there where we were using both splitters, halving or quartering rounds with the old splitter and finishing u with the new fast splitter. Pulled a major muscle moving thse pieces...

 

I did notice the crate. But being we had milk delivered by the local dairy when I was young, it caught my eye. I think my older brother has ours.

 

I get it. It appears you are quarantining clean oak for the barbecue guys.

 

No sir, that is for our regular firewood customers on that video. I don't like to carry fungus and punky wood to them.
We have one guy at the hunting camp that doesn't mind the ugly wood. Mama or us burn the leftovers. Real bad stuff we put in that burn barrel.

Above freezing. Not so good, I noticed hostas beginning to show their spring awakening. Not good. I'll go find some piled up snow and try to keep them covered.

I'll also be putting together a pot roast today. I've never done one, but it doesn't look all that complicated. Hoping to time it being done before kickoff later.

Good morning brothers......quite the crowd up early this morning, that's a great thing. I'm vertical and ventilated, got my first 12oz cup going down smooth, having McCafe brand today. Gave the JBM a break. It's good this morning too. Got to study my Sunday School lesson.
