    Hi all!
I figured I would round up my saws and show & tell as the new guy here. I manage some property in Northern NJ and recently started a Stewardship Forest program. Glad I stumbled upon this site and hope I can be a worthy contributor.

Welcome to the club. Lots of great folks here sharing knowledge and humor. Glad to have you. Yes, nice group of saws you have collected. Do you heat with wood as your primary source?

Yes, that orange and white is nice as well. However, I was referring to the nice collection of stihl chainsaws.

    Hey guys!

Yeah I’m a little meticulous with cleaning, I’ll admit I’m not new to this, nowhere near as experienced as most of you folks! I think the 017 is my favorite, but the 362 combined with a 20” bar is awesome. I turned up the Oiler on it and plan on adding bilateral dogs.

I heat primarily with wood using my carrabassett 55. In my rental house I have a z42. Collectively on the property I manage we have 3 (soon to be 4) wood stoves.

I can take a ball busting! I’m happy to have stumbled upon this place. Today I had a climber come in and top a white oak, ash, and maple. I took the sticks down with the careful direction via an experienced cutter. Was a great day weather wise and nothing is better than bucking some clean logs dropped on a pile of brush and wood chips.

My climber on top, the new bed I built for an f250 that haven’t missed a tree since getting here in 2005.
