Good morning everyone! Another cold one, 9° up to 25°, but the wind has died down. Things are looking warmer as the week goes on.
Husband thinks he's got a cold, so he's staying home today. Just a couple of months until he's home for good. I need to start looking at health plans for him. I can probably float along without one for 9 months until Medicare, but he's a few years out from that, and goes to the doctor pretty often.
I haven't had a cold yet this winter, and I think raw honey is keeping them at bay!
I miss wood hoarding. No opportunities out there, and it's too cold. At least my stacks aren't buried like they would be in Newfoundland.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. May get a little wood up to mama's house, take a little nap. Got off this morning, woo-hoo. Going with our daughter to her Dr appointment @4 this afternoon in the city, about 50 miles away and will probably take our grandson out for dinner, it's his BIG day, he's 3 today.
Got a big tree job tomorrow for a friend. We will get some wood from that.

Good cold morning, everyone.

Reloading my deck rack is on the list for this morning, when the sun is up.

Spent the day yesterday at the courthouse in Worcester. Jury duty, for the first time. I was actually seated for a criminal OUI case. Interesting process and happy to have participated in it.

 

One day and done? Sweet!

 

Yup!

Massachusetts has a one day/one trial system in place for jurors. Then, no calling for 3 yrs.

 

Good morning, a big 7° here, but headed for the 30's. I did a little splitting in the sun yesterday, and I'll do some more today. I've got about 2 cords of small diameter rounds in the back yard to do. I'd like to have it all done before I need to clean up the yard in spring. Gardening and yard work always gets shortchanged if there's firewood to work on!

Got to go make some coffee, got some new coffee and equipment yesterday. The Jablum that we have is a blend. Bought a 2# bag of 100% whole bean JBM... And a burr grinder The dynamic duo Smells good in here, taste good too.
