    Haven't been very active on the site of late.

    Been putting in overtime at work, and studying in my off time.

    Gonna be moving snow around today, got around 5 or so inches since yesterday, with a light snow still falling.

    Meh.. Only second time I've really had to plow this winter.

    Good afternoon everybody. I think the snow is about done for now. I am killing time till the football game starts. We do record them as commercials drive us nuts. So I let them go record for half hour or an hour before I start watching the game. Chaz will be plowing in a little bit. Letting the battery charge on his gloves. Have a good day.

Probably going to clean up some more on the woodyard, finish getting the chunks in the new bin and the top put on. Got some wood to move up to mama's house, maybe bring a few buckets down to our house.

    Morning Boys and Girls, woke up to a brisk and clear -2. Things outside are beautiful with the 18" of snow covering everything. Just watching the birds waking up and coming to breakfast in our feeder area. Won't be long and our flock of 24 Gobblers will be strutting in for their breakfast as well. Everyone have a great and safe day and stay warm.

    My gobblers are bluejays and squirrels. I spend enough on birdseed as it is.
    It's 13° here this morning, but sunny. I have to bring in some wood today, but if the wind picks up, that'll be it for outside work. I'll have to find some worthwhile indoor project, like filling a few boxes to bring to Goodwill. It'll be quiet weather this week, with another snowstorm to look forward to next weekend. Life sure slows down this time of year.

    I hear yah................ We truly enjoy our winter critter watching. Right now there are about 75 - 100 Goldfinches, a large pileated woodpecker, 4 crows, a half dozen doves in having breakfast. We have a total of 5 seed feeders and 3 suet feeders, as well as ground feeding.
