First one would have been missile crisis just to the south of our nation...that whole cold war thing. But, it was happening right around the same time that we were supposed to be entering another glacial stage! I bet there are very few that remember that! (The early 60's were a busy time, weren't they?)

From there into the late 60's with (seemingly) the entire younger population entering into the chemical experimentation stage. Right after that damm british invasion....Yeah, they snuck up on us once again! Seems there was always a love in, sit down or some other kind of protest going on somewhere during those days. Heck, do you remember when those goofs would set themselves on fire in the middle of a busy intersection somewhere?

Then there was the deforestation of the amazon, the depletion of the ozone, California was supposed to crack off and sink into the ocean, Yellowstone is overdue for a massive super volcano eruption...….

Rock and roll changed with the above mentioned british invasion and subsequent follow up bands. Then, disco had its time, and for Pete's sake, look at how much country music has changed! Not even country anymore!

Both news and weather reporting has turned into nothing but crap....."balh, blah, blah, blah"

About the only saving grace we have now a days would be social media!

 

Of all of that Disco was the worst!
