Choose thumbnail when posting your pics. They still show like “full size” but yet aren’t.

Seems like anything much over 7MB won't work even as a thumbnail.

Do you take pics with your phone? I use a photoresizer app that gets them down to 1024x768. It has ads, but I just back out of them.

20200208_172736.jpg Haven't posted an update on this in awhile. Slow going getting the top cut up. I have piles of rounds and splits everywhere. 20200205_174551.jpg This is all I brought out so far. Really need to spend a day with he fiskars and get everything split and stacked.

That's a hell of a tree. Lots of nice firewood, lots of work. Good job.

Decided to get started with the clean up of the stuff that's cut already. 20200219_100621.jpg Little hickory to get the blood flowing and make the oak seem like it splits its self. 20200219_115806.jpg Then split about half the oak that was cut. 20200219_120952.jpg Got 3 bucket loads out to the edge of the field then decided to head home and get some sleep. Probably 8-10 more bucket loads between what's split now and what still needs done befor I fire a saw again.

Thank you. It is alot of work but I enjoy being in the woods by my self. This tree has been something to work on when I'm stressed out or just need some time to get away from everything. A few times I've gone up there and not even started the saw. Just walk around the property and relax.

Bring your gifted square chain. Plenty of clean wood to try it in.
