    Almost clear skies under a bright moon but...….. 7f feeling like -5f right now. Dang cold while firing up the OWB a few minutes ago. The snow is starting to "squeak" while walking on it...you know it's cold then.

    It was high 50s/60s here in far nor-cal today. Winter gets down to freezing, and we got snow twice last year. But our June/July gets to 110 no problem. Few years back we went 72days over 100 degrees. We have Extreme climate...love it. Weeds out the weak ones.

    Woke up to 11 degrees and about a foot of fresh frozen snow. Still snowing but it looks like it should wrap up early this afternoon. Rest of the week looks much colder with teens during the day and single digit's at night...................Yup, winter has arrived !!!!!!! Everyone have a great and safe day.

    That's true. We have had several mornings for sure but very little snow. Just that one we got in early November is all that counts for snowfall except for 1/2 or 1" at a time. Nice. I put the snow blade on back in November and have not used it yet.

    Light lake effect flurries here now. The big storm that was supposed to bring 8-12” of snow became 4-8, then 3-6. Total ended up being about 4”.

    The storm fizzling apart is probably my fault - I brought more wood in, made sure the generator started, filled up the gas cans and bought beer. Guess I’m ready for the next time. :thumbs:

    13 right now, got about one foot overnight. Took about 3 hours on Bodi to get the Ponderosa opened up again. Now officially feels and looks like winter. Hopefully the half-azzed warm/cold supposedly winter nonsense is over.
