Been looking at this hickory top that broke out in a wind storm about 2 years ago. Today was the day before the January thaw. Not a bunch but nice and dry. It was hung up in the main trunk off the ground. Most was 15% or less. Split up and saved for a cold snap. 20200110_084758_001.jpg 20200110_091805.jpg 20200110_144150.jpg

Nice little load of fine BTUs there! Good idea to save it for some cold nights.

I also like the rock bucket!!!! and the pieces are just the right size that you don't have to split.

Loflin rock bucket with replaceable teeth . Made in North Carolina? Saw my dealers price the other day. $1019. Definitely heavy duty compared to some I have seen.
